True Biome powder is neutral in taste, making it easy to add to water or any hot or cold drink of your choice. For optimal benefits, we recommend using it daily and consistently.

Suggested daily use: We recommend 6g per day. Mix with 250ml of your chosen drink and stir well. If you have a sensitive digestive system or you are new to these ingredients, we recommend starting with half a serving (3g) for the first few days, then gradually increase to a full serving (6g) as your body adjusts.
